The web portal
The portal is Kyra on a big screen. Where the app is built for talking, the portal is built for looking, editing, and configuring — writing properly, reading transcripts, reviewing what Kyra remembers, sharing, publishing, and every setting there is.

Getting around
Section titled “Getting around”Navigation is grouped by what you are doing rather than by feature name.
| Group | Page | For |
|---|---|---|
| Home | Your dashboard — recent activity and what needs attention | |
| Library | Notebooks | All your notebooks, and the editor |
| Kyra | Chat | Typed conversation with Kyra, kept between visits |
| Memory | Everything Kyra remembers, searchable and deletable | |
| Transcripts | Every session, readable | |
| Build | Capabilities | What Kyra can do on your account |
| Settings | Everything below |
The top bar also carries the workspace switcher — personal or an organisation — and your profile menu for theme and signing out.
There is also a Talk to Kyra control. Voice in the browser is rolling out gradually and may not be enabled for your account — the phone is the reliable voice surface today.
The pages
Section titled “The pages”Where you land. Recent activity, notebooks you have been in, and anything waiting on you. Kyra also returns you to where you were last, so opening the portal on a laptop picks up from where you left it on the desktop.
Notebooks
Section titled “Notebooks”The editor and everything around it: file tree, tabs, split preview, search (Cmd/Ctrl+K),
history, branches, members and sharing, publish settings, and the danger zone for
deleting.
Full guide: Notebooks.
Typed conversation. Messages persist, so you can ask something, close the tab, and find the answer waiting. It is the same conversation as voice, not a separate channel. More →
Memory
Section titled “Memory”Everything Kyra has stored about you, with what each memory is and when it was stored. Search it, and delete anything individually.
Where the feature is switched on, this page also shows the people, projects, and topics Kyra has clustered from your memories and notes. More →
Transcripts
Section titled “Transcripts”Every session, readable in full and deletable one at a time. This is where you go when you remember a conversation but not the conclusion.
Capabilities
Section titled “Capabilities”What Kyra can actually do on your account — not a marketing list. Useful when you are not sure whether something is missing or just not switched on for you.
